  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced, fresh garlic is preferable.
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes Canned tomatoes work well.
  • 1 cup Beef Broth Vegetable broth is a vegetarian alternative.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Can substitute with coconut oil or butter.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, cooking undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and beef broth, bringing to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat, and stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Use reserved pasta water if needed to adjust consistency.
  7. Serve hot, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs.
