- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400°F (190-200°C).
- Remove salmon from the marinade and place skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes.
