Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400°F (190-200°C).
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and place skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon carefully and grill for another 4-5 minutes until opaque and flakes easily.
  6. Remove from grill, garnish with lemon slices and parsley, and serve.
