Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  2. Prepare the tapenade by mixing olives, pistachios, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, Aleppo pepper, and kosher salt in a bowl.
  3. Whip the ricotta in a food processor with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  4. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces, brush with olive oil, and bake for 10-13 minutes until golden.
  5. Assemble by spreading whipped ricotta on each toasted baguette slice, topping with mortadella and the tapenade.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
