Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and crumbled goat cheese.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped mint leaves, being careful not to break the cheese too much.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss everything together until well mixed.
