Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
While the patties are cooking, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to create the spicy mayo.
