- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Press each square into the greased muffin tin to create a well for the filling.
- Place a cube of brie in the center of each puff pastry cup.
- Spoon cranberry sauce generously over the brie in each cup.
- Sprinkle candied pecans over the cranberry layer if desired.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
