Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness and cut into 12 equal squares.
  3. Press each square into the greased muffin tin to create a well for the filling.
  4. Place a cube of brie in the center of each puff pastry cup.
  5. Spoon cranberry sauce generously over the brie in each cup.
  6. Sprinkle candied pecans over the cranberry layer if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
  9. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy warm.
