  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender with caramelized edges.
  6. Place a slice of brie cheese on top of each round and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle dried cranberries and toasted pecans on top of the rounds while warm for crunch and sweetness.
