Step-by-Step Instructions
- Crush 20 Golden Oreos until they resemble fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with 4 tablespoons melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 2 cups whipped cream gently until airy.
- Purée 1 cup fresh strawberries in a blender. Mix strawberry purée into half of the cheesecake filling until combined.
- Spread plain cheesecake filling over the chilled crust, then dollop and swirl in the strawberry filling for a marbled effect.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 5 hours until filling is set.
- Combine ½ cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries, ½ cup crushed Golden Oreos, and optional 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over the cheesecake after freezing.

Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature and whip the cream to stiff peaks for the best texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
