Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the olive oil.
Brush the balsamic glaze over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the salad by combining the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, feta cheese, and sliced almonds in a large bowl. Drizzle with any remaining balsamic glaze and toss gently to combine.
Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve the salmon on top of the salad.
