Preheat your oven to 400°F. Arrange the slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, etc.). Season with salt and pepper.
While the eggs are cooking, mix the chopped bacon, bleu cheese, and Sriracha sauce in a bowl until well combined.
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and evenly distribute the bacon and bleu cheese mixture on top of each slice.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly melted.
Remove from the oven and top each toast with a cooked egg. Drizzle with additional Sriracha sauce and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
