Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them sunny-side up or to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
While the eggs are cooking, mix the chopped bacon, bleu cheese, and Sriracha sauce in a bowl until well combined.
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and evenly distribute the bacon and bleu cheese mixture on top of each slice.
Place the loaded toasts back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes to warm the toppings and slightly melt the cheese.
Remove the toasts from the oven and top each with a cooked egg. Drizzle with additional Sriracha sauce and sprinkle with chopped chives for garnish.
