  1. Prepare the Mozzarella Eyeballs by carving shallow indents into one side of each mozzarella ball and pressing chopped kalamata olives into these indents.
  2. Cut the Pepperoni and Red Bell Pepper into ¾ inch chunky pieces and wedges respectively.
  3. Assemble the Skewers by threading a red pepper wedge, pepperoni chunk, mozzarella eyeball, thicker pepperoni slice, another mozzarella ball, and a thin slice of pepperoni.
  4. Chill the assembled skewers in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
