- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Carefully stir in boiling water until the batter is smooth.
- Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
