For the Noodles
  • 1 pack Samyang Carbo Noodles Spicy instant noodles
For the Corn Cheese Topping
  • 1.5 cups Frozen or Canned Corn Fresh corn works beautifully too!
  • 1 cup Grated White Cheddar Any melting cheese can be swapped in
  • 0.5 cup Grated Mozzarella Feel free to use other melty cheeses
  • 1 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise Regular mayo can be used or omit for lighter dish
  • 1 tsp Sugar Omit if less sweet corn cheese is preferred

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil a pot of water over high heat. Once boiling, add the Samyang Carbo Noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a medium skillet, combine frozen or canned corn, grated white cheddar, grated mozzarella, Japanese mayonnaise, and sugar. Cook over medium-high heat for 3–5 minutes until the mixture starts to sizzle and the cheeses melt.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and stir intermittently until everything is creamy and mixed, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, let sit for 2–3 minutes, then pour the corn cheese over the spicy noodles. Serve immediately.
