Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and spread out the frozen fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, and heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the seasoned ground beef into 6 portions, form into balls, and press each into thin patties in the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk, and stir in the cheese until melted.
- Once fries are crispy, drizzle cheese sauce over them, layer on burger patties, and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and add toppings of pickles and jalapeños before serving.
