In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties to the skillet.
Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
