  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or 1/2 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit without tearing.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a disc approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Spoon a tablespoon of filling into the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold each biscuit over filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch edges securely.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place filled biscuits on it.
  8. Melt butter and brush it over the tops of each biscuit.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven and cool slightly; garnish with parsley before serving.
