Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Thaw the puff pastry overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Sauté spinach and diced ham in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Roll out thawed puff pastry into a rectangle, cut into 4-inch squares.
  4. Assemble by placing filling and cheese in the center of squares.
  5. Seal the edges by moistening with water and folding into triangles.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops of pastries with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving warm.
