Preparation Steps
- Thaw the puff pastry overnight in the refrigerator.
 - Sauté spinach and diced ham in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
 - Roll out thawed puff pastry into a rectangle, cut into 4-inch squares.
 - Assemble by placing filling and cheese in the center of squares.
 - Seal the edges by moistening with water and folding into triangles.
 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a lined baking sheet.
 - Brush tops of pastries with beaten egg.
 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
 - Cool slightly before serving warm.
