Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, take chopped romaine lettuce and drizzle with Caesar dressing, tossing until evenly coated.
  2. Place burrito flour tortillas on a plate and microwave for about 30 seconds until warm and pliable.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat, add about 1 cup of the Caesar-dressed lettuce towards one end, leaving space at the edges.
  4. Add a handful of cooked diced chicken on top of the lettuce, then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Carefully roll the tortilla from the filling end, tucking in the sides as you go to make a tight wrap.
  6. Cut the wrap in half diagonally if desired, and serve immediately.
