  • 2 steaks Swordfish Steaks 1-1.25 inches thick

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Coat each swordfish steak with the marinade and let them rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your skillet or grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook the marinated swordfish steaks for 3-4 minutes on one side without moving them.
  5. Flip the steaks and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until done.
  6. Let the steaks rest for 2 minutes, then serve with a squeeze of lemon and cracked black pepper.
