- Marinate the pork by slicing it into thin strips and combining it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions for 3-5 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated pork, stir-frying for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add chopped cabbage, mushrooms, and green onions to the skillet, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are wilted yet crisp.
- Combine the drained noodles with the pork and vegetables in the skillet, pour the remaining marinade over and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
