  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Combine chicken, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and garlic in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is golden.
  5. Let the dish sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
