Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine one package of miniature marshmallows with 2 tablespoons of canola oil. Heat over low to medium-low heat, stirring constantly until completely melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal, 3 cups of crumbled graham crackers, 1 cup of salted roasted almonds, and 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chunks into the melted marshmallow mixture. Fold until evenly coated, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking pan. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press it down firmly using a spatula. Ensure even distribution to help the bars hold together, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for at least 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chunks in the microwave until smooth.
  5. Once cooled, pour and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the treats. Top with remaining miniature marshmallows and almonds.
  6. Allow to set for another 10-15 minutes before cutting into bars.
