Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved radishes, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until the radishes are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
