Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather ingredients. Cut 3/4 of a fresh lime into wedges and place them in a sturdy glass. Rinse 11 large mint leaves and pat them dry. Have crushed ice ready.
  2. Add lime wedges and mint leaves into the glass. Use your muddler to gently press down for about one minute to release juices.
  3. Pour in 1.5 cups of Sprite or simple syrup. Stir gently to combine flavors.
  4. Fill glass with crushed ice to the brim.
  5. Garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of lime. Serve immediately.
