Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by boiling ½ cup of water in a kettle. In a large measuring cup, add 1 tea bag of white tea and dissolve honey (if using) in the boiling water. Pour this mixture over the tea bag and steep for 10 minutes.
- After steeping, carefully remove the tea bag and add ½ cup of ice to the brewed tea. Stir gently to cool down quickly.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea with 1 cup of guava juice and ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well to blend.
- Prepare serving glasses by filling them with ice cubes. Pour the mixture over the ice.
- Consider garnishing each glass with mint leaves or a splash of sparkling water.
