- Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients: ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into approximately 32 medium-sized meatballs, each about 1 inch thick. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 160℉ (70℃).
- In a skillet, combine jellied cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and mustard over medium heat. Stir until gently boiling.
- Transfer the baked meatballs to the skillet, allowing them to simmer in the sauce for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Optionally garnish the meatballs with chopped parsley before serving warm.
