  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack can be used.

  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced or garlic powder can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Fresh or dried parsley can be used.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Can be left out if preferred.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Take each Pillsbury biscuit and flatten them slightly into a round shape about 3 inches wide.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese at the center of each biscuit and seal tightly.
  4. Position the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Melt the salted butter in a small saucepan, then stir in minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  6. Brush the tops of each biscuit with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops after brushing with garlic butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
