  • 3 ripe peaches sliced
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large serving bowl, layer the arugula as the base.
  2. Arrange the sliced peaches evenly over the arugula.
  3. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place it on top of the peaches.
  4. Sprinkle the toasted pecans and torn basil leaves over the salad.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the entire salad.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, or chill for 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
