Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Red and blue sprinkles or colored sugar for decoration
  • Star-shaped cookie cutter

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar, stirring until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  10. Once cooled, use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out star shapes from the brownies.
  11. Decorate with red and blue sprinkles or colored sugar for a festive touch.
