  1. In a food processor, combine the green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and fresh lemon juice. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until creamy yet retains some texture.
  2. Add the chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes, and freshly ground black pepper. Pulse a few times to mix well while keeping some chunks.
  3. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, creating a slight well in the center. Drizzle olive oil over the top and garnish with whole green olives.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
