- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the meat mixture ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cheese filling ingredients until creamy and cohesive.
- Flatten the meat mixture into a rectangle, spread cheese filling, and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- About 10 minutes before it's done, spread marinara sauce over the top and return to the oven.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
