  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup tortilla chips crushed

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
