Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté diced yellow onion and green bell pepper for about 2 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, sprinkle with table salt, garlic powder, and black pepper; cook for about 8–10 minutes, breaking up beef until browned.
  4. Slice hoagie rolls in half lengthwise and arrange cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce into the beef mixture; layer half of the provolone cheese on top. Cover the skillet for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture onto each hoagie roll and sprinkle remaining cheese on top before placing on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and rolls are lightly toasted.
