Preparation Steps
- Prepare your ice cream maker by freezing the container for 24-48 hours beforehand.
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with jasmine tea bags. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add organic cane sugar and sea salt to the brewed jasmine tea while still warm, stirring until dissolved.
- Strain the jasmine tea mixture into a bowl, discard the tea bags, and mix in freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and vodka.
- Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for about 20-30 minutes.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours if a firmer texture is desired.
- For the no-churn method, pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze overnight. Blend the cubes in a processor until smooth.
- Serve the sorbet in chilled bowls or glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes
This sorbet should be consumed within 2-3 days for the best flavor and texture. If it hardens, blend it briefly in a food processor before serving.
