  2. Add bread flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms, knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños lightly coated in flour.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm area for 1 to 1.5 hours or until doubled.
