Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Brush a sheet of phyllo dough with olive oil, fold it in half lengthwise.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the feta mixture near one edge of the folded phyllo, roll tightly.
  5. Brush the tops of assembled rolls with olive oil and bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet, add olive oil, chili flakes, and cumin; sauté and stir in honey.
