Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three round cake pans by greasing them or lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until blended smoothly. Pour this into the dry ingredients and mix gently.
  4. Divide the batter into three bowls. Add melted chocolate to one, strawberry puree to another, and leave the last bowl vanilla.
  5. Pour each flavored batter into its prepared cake pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
