For the Salmon Bites
  • 1 pound Salmon Tender and flaky, cut into bite-sized cubes.

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until fully combined.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and add them to the marinade, tossing gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
