Grilled Chicken with Salmoriglio Sauce made easy today!

A simple and delicious recipe for grilled chicken served with a flavorful Salmoriglio sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the Salmoriglio sauce.
  3. Marinate the chicken breasts in half of the Salmoriglio sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken drizzled with the remaining Salmoriglio sauce.
