Method
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the Salmoriglio sauce.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in half of the Salmoriglio sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled chicken drizzled with the remaining Salmoriglio sauce.
