Preparation

  2. Thread the seasoned chicken onto the soaked skewers, ensuring there are no gaps.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir in dill and ranch seasoning and heat until combined.
Cooking Methods
  1. Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F, cook skewers for 5 minutes, flip, baste with sauce, and cook for 7-9 more minutes until cooked through.
  2. Oven: Preheat to 450°F, arrange skewers on a foil-lined sheet and bake for 14 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil for an additional 2 minutes for a crispy finish.
  3. Grill: Preheat to medium-high, oil grates, cook skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, basting with sauce.
  4. Serve the cooked skewers with the remaining sauce and optional extra cheese and parsley.
