  • 1 lb Steak (sirloin or ribeye) can substitute with chicken, shrimp, or tofu

For the Garlic Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for searing the steak
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter 2 for sauce, 1 for garlic
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese use freshly grated for best results
  • 1 Pinch of red pepper flakes optional for heat
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the steak dry with paper towels, season generously with salt and pepper, and let sit at room temperature.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in batches and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Lower heat, add unsalted butter, and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Toss steak bites in the garlic butter.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt remaining butter and cook minced garlic. Pour in heavy cream, simmer, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Plate steak bites, drizzle with the creamy sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
