  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and lightly browned.

  5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
