Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and cheddar cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end, and place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
