Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and cheddar cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end, and place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
