Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
  6. Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
