- Preheat your oven to 450°F (225°C) and place a 9-inch cast iron skillet inside for 8 minutes.
 - In a blender or mixing bowl, combine whole milk, all-purpose flour, large eggs, sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth.
 - Remove the hot skillet from the oven and add butter, melting over medium heat for 30 to 60 seconds.
 - Pour the batter into the skillet over the melted butter; scatter mozzarella and prosciutto on top.
 - Return the skillet to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
 - Toss arugula with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add this to the Dutch Baby right before serving.
