- In a blender, combine fresh kiwi, chopped green onions, pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
- Place the boneless short ribs into a large Ziploc bag and pour in the marinade, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Seal the bag tightly and massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
