Step-by-Step Instructions

  5. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, drop spoonfuls of meringue mixture to create ghost shapes.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours in the preheated oven. They should feel dry to the touch.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave meringues inside for an additional hour to cool.
