Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
  3. Add the large eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until just combined.
  4. Carefully pour the boiling water into the batter, mixing gently until smooth.
  5. Grease and flour your cake pans to prevent sticking.
