Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the sirloin beef into 1-inch cubes and pound gently for tenderness.
  2. Mix all marinade ingredients in a plastic bag, add beef, massage to coat, seal and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  3. Thread marinated beef onto soaked skewers, leaving 1/4 inch space between pieces.
  4. Preheat broiler to 500°F or air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Place skewers on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. For air-fryer, lightly spray basket with oil, air-fry for approximately 5 minutes per side.
  7. Let skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
