- Cut the sirloin beef into 1-inch cubes and pound gently for tenderness.
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a plastic bag, add beef, massage to coat, seal and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- Thread marinated beef onto soaked skewers, leaving 1/4 inch space between pieces.
- Preheat broiler to 500°F or air fryer to 400°F.
- Place skewers on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes per side.
- For air-fryer, lightly spray basket with oil, air-fry for approximately 5 minutes per side.
